I am an integrative therapist, drawing on my training in psychodynamic, person-centred and relational therapies. I have worked with clients with a wide range of mental health and emotional difficulties including depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, chronic illness, self harm, trauma and abuse.
I also have a deep interest in and experience of working with neurodivergent clients. In particular I have supported many individuals to understand how neurodivergency impacts them and those around them. I am a qualifed executive functions coach.
I have also trained in walk & talk therapy as I believe for some clients nature can play a role in our healing.
I enjoy and am committed to continuously learning and developing my knowledge to best support my clients and evolve my practice to their needs.
I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and I abide by the BACP Ethical Framework and Code of Conduct. These guidelines are available on the BACP website (www.bacp.co.uk).
